A Brief History

Ruth and Neil with a small team which included, Dorothy, their mother, who prepared the weekly payroll in 1981, quickly built a client base and gained a good name for driver recruitment and supply.

Within in a few years we had grown substantially, moved to Hounslow and appointed a manager.  Additionally to the Car, Lorry and PCV drivers, we began supplying Lorry Loader Crane – HIAB and Moffett (truck mounted forklift) drivers.  In 1995 we won a government contract to re-train long term unemployed and place people into jobs which was hugely successful and we’ve helped thousands of people retrain and secure good long term jobs.

We moved to Park Royal in 2008, streamlined our operations, and with the support of the staff Drivers on Demand has gone on to surpassed all expectations.

The Team

Our Directors and Recruitment Consultants collectively have over 50 years recruitment experience and a wealth of knowledge about licence categories to recruit and placing drivers to suit your company requirements.

With a calm and friendly manner, we get great feedback from clients and drivers. Rest assured all aspects of our driver recruitment is fully compliant.

The flexibility and dedication of our staff means our office is open 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Calls are recorded for quality and training purposes.
